CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – IMODELSHOLDINGS

Responsibilities:

  • To perform good customer services to clients & talents
  • To perform incoming & outgoing calls co-ordination by liaising with clients & talents
  • To perform administration activities

Requirements: 

  • GCE “O” Level, Diploma, “A” Level, Degree & above
  • Possess good communication skills & presentation skills with good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Good televoice and phone etiquette
  • With positive attitude
  • To perform administration activities
  • Willing to learn and have a “never-say-die” attitude
  • No Selling required
